Our philosophy
The supplement industry asks people to make important health decisions with very little clarity.
Most people build their supplement routine through internet searches, marketing claims, social media advice, or trial and error — often without truly knowing whether a product is high quality, appropriate for their goals, or even working for their body.
At the same time, personal health data has become increasingly fragmented. Blood tests, symptoms, goals, lifestyle habits, wearable devices, ingredient labels, and supplement schedules all exist in separate places, disconnected from one another.
We started SuppsBuddy because we believed there should be a simpler and more intelligent way to understand personal wellness.
Our goal is not to overwhelm people with more data. It is to help people make sense of the data they already have — and turn it into practical, personalized guidance that feels clear, grounded, and useful in everyday life.

Founder story
At 48 years old, after decades spent in the structured, analytical world of banking, I began to feel something that numbers and spreadsheets could not easily explain — a subtle but undeniable sense of slowing down. Energy was different. Recovery was different. The body, once taken for granted, began asking quieter, more complex questions.
Like many people seeking answers, I turned to supplements.
What I found was not clarity, but chaos.
Thousands of products. Conflicting advice. Bold marketing claims. Generic recommendations. An industry built on abundance, yet strangely lacking direction. Despite living in an age of unprecedented access to health data, personalization was still missing where it mattered most — in everyday decisions about what to put into our bodies.
It became clear that the problem was not a lack of solutions.
It was a lack of interpretation.
Supplements should not be chosen based on trends, guesswork, or persuasive packaging. They should be guided by something far more rational and far more personal: individual data, individual context, individual needs.
